Our MissionOur Mission The mission of WHN USA corp. is to provide products with a community that meets and exceeds their expectations. To achieve this mission, we believe in innovation on every level of our product from the actual product, customer service, business models, to partner relationships.
Product Testing Before launching our products, we invite US people to our in-house test facility and let them try out our products, From observing their using and hearing their responses, we find out what we should improve in terms of usability. We conduct the same test in different countries to clarify the difference of local product needs. |
